The ground floor consists of a spacious fully equipped open kitchen and a dining room with direct access to the kitchen. There is also a TV room with sofa and armchairs as well as a veranda with two sofas and fireplace.
An enclosed garden with a terrace and garden furniture can be accessed from the veranda.
The bathroom is fully tiled and consists of a shower, toilet as well as a washer and dryer.
